Tiny Paws Dog Shop guarantees your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply
call us within 24 hours of receipt and return it to us in its original unused condition within 10 days of receipt,
Return merchandise for exchange only.  Please review the items that cannot be returned.

It will not include the shipping and handling costs.

Return exception: Sorry we cannot accept returns on, custom I.D. Tags, or any other
engraved or permanently personalized items, (personalized collars are not returnable),
costumes, jerseys, Swarovsky Crystal Lead and Swarovski Crystal Collar/Jewelry.  

Return exception: Costumes and wedding items cannot be returned.

Free Shipping Return exception:
Large items returned will incur a restocking fee of $15.  Carriers, Beds, Closets, etc..
A $15 restocking fee to help cover the initial shipping charges.

Return Instructions
Please include a note (preferably on the packing slip), with EXCHANGE written on it.
Please ship the unused item to the address that will be given to you at the time of the call.  
Please include the return number on your packing slip, please include call or email us with the tracking number.

We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. Please be advised that until there is proof
that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. For your protection, we suggest you send your
return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit.
Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers
responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the
post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated
with Tiny Paws Dog Shop.

Please note:
We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot
honor exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible. Shipping Charges for exchanged
orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are needed we will contact you
for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will send a call tag to pick up the
item from you. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for, or accept it and it will be returned to
us. We will send an exchange for the item.
